I was born and raised in a steel town. My parents, as Grandma put it, were babies having babies, so we grew up together. There were good and bad times and grow up we did.
My parents each have 9 siblings, I have 2 siblings, 2 "siblings" and there has always been a good amount of family interaction.
Thirty five years ago I met a boy who would become my best friend and then my husband. He likes to tell people that it's not a marriage it's an adventure, and that is what it is.
He has two siblings and was raised in a much more quite house then I was.
We have three children and five grands.
Thirteen years ago we got our first son-in-love, as my friend Sisse so rightly puts it. Then six years ago along came son-in-love 2. And just over a year ago, we added our daughter-in-love.
We have been blessed with a new daughter in the past two years, Art the Omnipotent and along with Art her three rapscallions.
These additions have added lots of color to the tapestry of our life.
Now when we plan for family holidays and dinners we plan for more place setting and fun.
All in all my world is a rich one. I am loved.

Doesn't Art? I know she does something involving needles & yarn.
Yes I do.
