Tune and such

'In the Bleak Midwinter' is the name of the tune. It's the 3rd verse, you know the one that gets left out when you sing it at church.
It is one of my favorite carols along with 'I Saw Three Ships' and a few more.
Christmas is going to really strange this year. Because Dad is having bypass surgery and I'm going to be up home with them. Christmas here at home will just be passing out gifts.
Bubba is moving into his own place, so that will add to the strange.
Princess called this evening and Axel's little sister has strep throat so we don't get to see them before we leave. I told her that I wanted her to come by and get their gifts after we leave. But now that I think about it Pa will be here to see the fatboy open his.
Princess brought Pa and I the lovest Christmas tree this evening. It is purple and white with large sparkley bulbs. I wish I could post a picture because you just need to see this tree. Well I guess if you did any shopping in a mall last year you did see it.
Pa just looks at it and says Well it's a Tree. I like it but I wouldn't want it to be my every year tree.

Purple? I laughed today when I was out shopping for an artificial tree and I found "Feather Trees" in hot pink, white, and neon green. BLue Eyed Pixie tried to beg me to get the neon green..Not a chance..Then she wanted me to get a hot pink and all I could hear was my father's voice in my head saying pepto bismol.

Enjoy your Tree.

Will this be like the year Princess sat in the living room saying, "I hate that tree. Why do you have a department store tree? Where are our ornaments?"

I take it you're planning on staying up here to take care of Bucka until Christmas. Guess I never realized that was the plan...big red truck.

Maybe Pa can bring Fat Boy's gifts up here & he can open them when he comes to G'ma M&M's.
